Final Christmas cards for the year

The first one is using a stampin up set but I don't know the name of it, It was a recent trademe bargin and the seller was not sure if all the stamps were in the set. Does anyone know what it's called??

The other three are from yet another trademe bargin, no brand name on this set but so cute I couldn't resist!

A Christmas gift from a friend

I had a visit from one of my cardmaking friends, Rel. She popped round this arvo to drop off a lovely Christmas gift.

Here is the bag and super little card followed by the most adorable snowman ornament, preparing to throw snowballs, he will fit in nicely with my Christmas decorations, and is so stylie that he will standout.

She has created such a lovely card, the hedgehog is just so very cute pulling his sleigh full of presents and to his surprise a lovely red robin! What a great card!

Thanks Rel, you are so very thoughtful.

Scrapbook picture frame - snow scene

I have had this scrapbook picture frame for a while now and didn't know what to do with it. It's a great deal deeper than an ordinary frame so you can layer things inside.

I was inspire by a lovely Christmas card my mum gave me with a bear sitting in front of a window, so here I have created a similar scene.

It is all 3d so the window frame sticks out and then the bear sticks out even further and his bow even further, the photo really doesn't do it justice, the trees are cover with dazzling diamonds too.

Tealight candle cover

Here is a very simple tealight candle cover. This is larger than the ones I made last year as I have a glass candle holder that I wanted to use, rather than just a tealight candle.

For a small one, 8 1/4 inch length of card, score at 2 inch, 4, 6, 8
Height approx 3 inch and punch a border pattern across the top.

Using a punch or a cuttlebug die (Snowflake) punch the decoration in the centre of each of the four sections.

Tape vellum to the inside of each section and tape the end together.

For this larger one I used 2 1/2 inch sections and 3 1/2 inch height.

Have fun if you try this....
