MOJO 160 Sketch

A little late this week but here is my mojo card(s), I am stocking up on Christmas cards and as there were three designs in the stampset I used I thought I would make 3 at once using this delightful sketch.

It's always good to start the week with a mojo sketch!

I decided to do two mojo cards this week, one stamped and one with my cuttlebug.
The stamped one is inspired by a birthday card I recieved from a friend as pictured in my recent post. Both cards are using the designer paper that came with the magazines as a birthday gift from my friend (Thanks Rel).
For the cuttlebug image I decided to use one of the embossing folders that came free with my cuttlebug - I hardly ever use them and don't like the way they are like a postage stamp in that they have a number in the corner, so I have covered this up with the little butterfly.

MOJO 148

I hope you can tell I put a bit more effort into to mojo this week. I tried a new bow style as seen on other mojo makers creations (thanks for sharing) and finally found the right string to thread buttons easily... even finished my mojo with a matching handmade envelope. I am really pleased with this one, hope you like it too!

Mojo 147

Another cool mojo sketch this week..... speaking of cool, it's zero degrees overnight at the moment and we have loads of snow on the mountain... luckily I bought a new electric blanket on the weekend as my last one stopped working on one side... the new one has a timer so I can program it to turn off when I want (while I am asleep) and set it to the temperature I want, very handy as waking up almost burning in bed after falling asleep with the EB on is not much fun (I'm sure you have all been there!)....So the upgrade was long overdue and much safer for the late night crafter!
hope you like my mojo, thanks for looking...

MOJO 146

It's been a very busy work so far both at work and the evenings so I have made a little time to make a quite mojo card. I had some nestabilities arrive today but the ovals were the same size I already had so couldn't frame this oval so I decided to do a little sponging instead.

MOJO 145

Yippe mojo time... this time I made two cards.... on the butterfly/snail card I used flock on the images so they are soft and furry.... also tried pleating my ribbon (without knowing how) it didn't work out very well but never mind!
