I have been meaning to use this cute fox & friends set as I haven't done much with it yet... hopefully I will have some creative ideas soon...

Stationery Box

This is a very cute idea from Kim, check out her blog on my list on the left.
Michelle ran a class recently on how to make these fantastic stationery sets, it was great, check out Michelle's blog to see the one she made...

I have modified it slightly to make taller so I can fit envelopes in with the cards. Also changed the pen holder design.... can't wait to try a square one and a tall thin one... the options are endless!

I'm always tempted by a sale or good offer and Michelle has some great offers for stampin up gear.
Anyway last nights daisy class was free if you ordered the set. I love it and was so very impressed with each and every one of the cards Michelle created with this set so I had to order it.... Furthermore, if you spent $100, Michelle was offering a free retired set from her collection.... how could I not???

I missed out on the circle of friendship set, sadly... hopefully it will be on trademe sometime....

But I was lucky to be able to choose this fab set, stem silhouttes.... it's just lovely..
As you can see I made quite a few cards out of this set tonight...

Something different - Well-worn words

I purchased the Stampin Up (retired) well-worn words background stamp off trademe recently... I decided it was quite different and would be a good edition to my collection. So after zipping out for a well needed haircut this morning, I decided I'd have a go at a card before I get into some study... I was trying to make something that would look quite aged and kinda antique looking.. not sure I succeeded but this is what I ended up with....
