Cricut Ten Pin Bowling card

I have a friends birthday coming up next week and he loves ten pin bowling so I have put this creation together using the pin from the Nifty Fifties cartridge and cut 6 (yes should really be 10!) and then cut the ball off all but one (as the ball is part of the image). I cut a strip of card for the lane, cut is with angled end, added stamped texture and drew the arrows on by hand (which don't look so good). I used 3 dimensional stickies for the front pins and added glossy accents to the ball while leaving three finger holes on the ball before the glossy accent dries. Quite pleased with this creation as a first attempt from the picture in my mind...

Belated birthday

This is a card made for a colleague at work who had her birthday during the holidays, although I was working she was enjoying the holiday break so her birthday card was a little late.... I don't have a dog stamp and she is a dog lover so the paw prints had to do...

C is for Cat

My latest order arrived today so I raced out after work to pick it up as couldn't wait to play with new stamps etc... I didn't have much time tonight through so only made my mojo entry card on previous post and this little card here, both using the C is for cat set which just arrived.... I stamped small flowers on the pink backgound above the floor with versamark and then brayer over it to try to give a wallpaper look and then used the woodgrain background and brayered over that with another colour to try to make it look like a floor. Then added the paws and cat and sentiment. Unfotunately the paws are a bit big in relation to the cat but never mind. I thought this may be a good card for someone when you have made a mess at their place, spilt wine on the carpet or have done something you feel guilty about hence 'I'm so sorry'......
