Well after a card sale at work and then

sorting my Christmas cards to send to my friends and family, I am very short on stock... so I have spent the last couple of nights making some more.....

Here is my mojo sketch card for the week. With only about 7 weeks until Christmas I thought I'd better make another Christmas card.... Nice and simple...

Christmas cards - tin foil embossing!

WOW! I saw on splitcoast, an example of cuttlebug embossing

with tin foil straight out of the kitchen cupboard!

Of course I had to try it... How cool, you cover a peice of scrap card with the tin foil, fold corners and stick on the back. Put the tin foiled card into your embossing folder, run through the cuttlebug and Wow you have a metal looking embossed card. I used the matt side as preferred this look to the shinny side.. I also think the inverted embossing shows up better as on the bauble card, I must try the others that way next time...

Easel Card

Thanks to Cherie (check out her version of this card on her blog on my sidebar - creative addinkton), I was able to locate the instructions on splitcoast and try to make one of these fabulous easel cards!

Very simple and very clever, I can see me making these for my photos too.

How very nice, I had a card arrive in my mail box which doesn't happen very often!

This is a lovely thankyou card with a card note, made by the lovely Cherie from the We Stamp team, (check out her blog creative addINKtion on my sidebar).

We Stamp are taking a break for the holidays, it's been so much fun creating projects and trying ideas from this talented team: Michelle Habib, Cherie Ward, Sharlene Torres. It was a pleasure to be able to take part in We Stamp, i miss it already!

Stepper Boxes

One of the ladies at work asked today if I could make her a stepper box, she had seen one I made last year. I haven't made any since last year and it was a lot of fun remembering how to make them. She wanted a purple or pink one for her daughter. I made the blue one for my sample box.... I hope she likes it!

Christmas gift buckets and tins

Here are some gift buckets and tins I made last night. I can't believe I sold the whole lot before I had left the carpark at work. I was going to put them in the staff room but a lovely lady from work wanted a look while I was on my way there... she bought them all! Some all filled with marshmallows, jelly jubes (which I ate some of course), some with chocolates and one with a christmas teddy bear!
