After following a couple of cuttlebug blogspots, I finally found out how people are able to make embossed backgrounds stand out...The trick is to use paper that is coloured on top and not the whole way through, this way you can sand your embossing which will take the colour off the top and let the white show through...
Here are my first attempts.... it really gives a whole different look to your cards...
Wow wow wow!!! These are the most beautiful cards I have seen you make. They are simply amazing...... Love the effect of sanding off the embossing and love the cute buttons you have used in the middle of the flowers. You have truly done the best ever.
