I love stampin up wheels and have quite a few in my collection... This wheel is not a stampin up wheel, it's a brand called rollagraph. I found it quite by accident on trademe and love the design. I do love bears and wish there were some in the new stampin up catelogue... Maybe next year. 
These wee bears are so cute,,, they make me chuckle as they roll along. Yes tis a shame we have no bears in the new catalogue, but we have lots of other really cute animals, like frogs..... and others too, but love your bears.
